For the heavy hitters The Knockout Heavy Duty Wall Mount System features a 300 lb hanging limit and a 30" stand out. You can work freely around the bag without sacrificing movement.
The Knockout is designed for both concrete and stud installation. The optional wall plates are required for mounting into studs and work with both 16" and 24" on-center framing.
This heavy bag hanger was hand welded in the USA and rigorously tested through real-world abuse and a comprehensive FEA analysis. This heavy bag hanger system will take everything you can throw at it.
