All of our manufactured steel products are designed and manufactured in the USA and come with a five-year warranty.
Warranty only applies to residential installations. Exceptions include paints, finishes, and normal wear caused by metal-on-metal contact. If a product fails we're all over it.
If it breaks, we'll replace it!
You have 30 days to return a product in its original condition to qualify for a refund or exchange. Shipping fees will be your responsibility. Please contact us to request a return.
